Duolingo ABC Free (once you get past the introductory screens, it will be interesting)
American Recovery Trust is defeveloping a game introducing letters. When available a link will be posted here. Publications We also suggest: Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons. Approx. $25
